Goals and objectives of coaching for the Client are negotiated with the Customer in advance, and then at a three-way meeting to which the Customer is invited.

The contract for coaching services is also concluded in a tripartite manner – between the Coach, the Customer and the Client – for example, the CEO / line manager.

Information in the context of a session with the Client always remains confidential and is not disclosed to the Client… The customer can request reports on the results of work aimed at achieving the goal specified in the contract.
