The essence of contract financial coaching – doubling the client’s income (or more) and moving to a higher level of financial well-being for the manager or business owner who applied for the service.
On average, in order to increase income in an environmentally friendly way for a client – without distress, emotional and physical burnout, it takes from 6 to 9 months of coaching.
In a long-term contract, a coach is the necessary support and “stimulant” that helps the client:
- Go through the current daily tasks, strictly keeping the focus of attention on the final goal, not spreading over the turnover and force majeure;
- Quickly get out of such situations when they occur, without breaking, tears and hatred towards the goal.
The work is carried out in stages and primarily focuses on the personality of the owner, on his interaction with finances and available resources, on the disclosure of his values and greater motivation.
As a result of the work, the client:
- Achieves the set goals, expressed in financial terms;
- Changes his relationship with money;
- Learns not only to earn, but also to multiply;
- Learns to see opportunities;
- Increases emotional intelligence for teamwork, building long-term relationships with employees or companions.
In certain situations, depending on the client’s request, financial coaching can be supplemented by working with psychological requests to correct the limitations, acquired or adopted strategies of behavior.
